White Oak Orchids made moving my large 18 year-old orchid collection cross-country so stress-free! Complete professionalism from touring the facilities, last-minute requested pickup, all the repotting, to secure packaging and FedEx delivery to our new home. 103 orchids boarded for six months, 103 orchids just arrived and checked off on my own inventory list. Sheathes and spikes everywhere and a couple already flowering! Easy billing and monthly statements, very reasonable boarding and shipping rates. Excellent customer service throughout, prompt replies, with followup by email and phone to check on all the shipments. Thanks to Scott, Gwen and all the staff.
